Next, you will fill out the Online Content Gathering Packet. This will give our web designers the information that they need in order to build you a site that best matches your business, organization, or family. Finally, you will fill out the Credit Card authorization form to pay for monthly web hosting. This is a mandatory fee for every website published. That’s it! You now have a new website, saved thousands of dollars, and have the potential to generate thousands of dollars.
A. We can’t. It does actually cost us money, lots of money, because we must pay our web designers, pay rent, utilities, hardware, software, and a host of other expenses. We are investing in you, and our hope is that you will, in turn, invest in us sometime down the road. It is our desire to build a good relationship with you and your company. After we have gained your trust, and you have reaped the benefits of a free custom web presence, then we trust you will turn to us for other solutions we offer.
A. No catch, your custom website is free. The only thing you pay for is web hosting. This is a universal cost. Any website online service will charge a web hosting fee. It is a hard cost to anyone who host websites in a secure data center. We design the site for free and charge you the hosting fee in order to maintain, publish, host, backup, and secure. The web hosting fee is $19.95, $24.95, or $29.95, which is very competitive for the market. You may, at any time, add features to your site for a small fee, but we are providing you a very good infrastructure to begin with. An example of what we are doing is as follows:
Let’s imagine a website is a house. We build you a house, according to your specs. Your house is now complete, custom (within boundaries), and ready to live in. A year later you decide that you want a block wall built around the house, rod iron gates, and a swimming pool. We provided the house for you at no charge in order to get you started, but the MAC (moves, adds, changes) will be done at a price. The web hosting fee is similar to HOA dues. You pay a monthly amount to make sure the environment for your house is taken care of.
A. Yes, within the bounds of the content gathering packet. There has to be some standardization based on the free nature of the site. If not, there would be no end to the enhancements of the site. You tell us how you want the site to look and we’ll do it. If you would like to go beyond the bounds of the free custom website and move into our premium custom website services, you will receive a more hands on approach. It is completely up to you. The premium service is unrestricted and price is determined by complexity.
A. Yes. We are investing a great deal into making your site, therefore we ask you to commit to one year of hosting your website with us. That means the worst possible scenario is your company goes under, never uses the site and it cost you $239.00.

A. Your web designer will personally contact you one time before your website is published. You will have this one-on-one opportunity to ask the designer to change certain aspects of your site in order to meet your expectations. If you would like to make changes beyond what is requested during this one phone call, our web designers will provide you with a quote for the additional amount of work you are asking for.
A. No! We can’t stand this. In fact, more and more of our competitors are doing just that. They offer you a free, unprofessional web site, and then ask you to figure out how their standard "build-it-yourself" template engine works. The possibility of having your site look professional is almost zero.
